  • A binding contract is formed only when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Prior to shipment, we reserve the right to cancel any unprocessed order and issue a full refund.
  • For out-of-stock items (especially LAETITIA ROUGET ceramic pieces), we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or pre-order option (if available).
 

4. Pricing & Payment

 
  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable Pennsylvania sales tax where required. Shipping fees are added at checkout and are separate from product pricing.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honor typographical, technical, or system pricing errors.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors (PCI DSS compliant) and do not store full credit/debit card details on our servers.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount (product + tax + shipping) at the time of order placement.

  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and colors. Minor variations in handcrafted ceramic pieces (LAETITIA ROUGET) are normal and do not constitute a defect—these variations are part of the unique artistic character of each piece.
  • Product dimensions and weights are approximate—handcrafted items may have slight size variations inherent to their creation.
 

6. Shipping & Delivery

 
All shipping and delivery terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is fully incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
