  • This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Jenny Vivas LLC via https://jennyllc.com/ and covers U.S. domestic shipping only (we do not offer international shipping at this time). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, which include specialized packaging for our fragile ceramic and tableware pieces to ensure safe delivery.
     

    1. Order Processing Time

     
    • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal and Pennsylvania state holidays) after payment confirmation and order verification.
    • Fragile Ceramic/Tableware: All LAETITIA ROUGET and Zafferano ceramic pieces are packaged with industrial-grade bubble wrap, foam inserts, and double-walled boxes—custom hand-packaging to prevent breakage during transit, included in standard processing time.
    • Non-Ceramic Homeware: Melamine, resin, and acrylic items are packaged in rigid mailers or protective boxes to ensure damage-free delivery.
    • Weekend/holiday orders are processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
     

    2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

     
    We partner with trusted U.S. carriers (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground) for reliable, trackable shipping. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed—delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or rural locations. We are not liable for carrier-caused delays.
     
    • Standard Shipping (Default): 3–7 business days (contiguous U.S./Pennsylvania); 6–10 business days (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, rural areas). Includes tracking, delivery confirmation, and shipment insurance (up to $1,000) for fragile ceramic pieces.
    • Expedited Shipping (Optional): 1–2 business days (contiguous U.S.). Includes priority processing, real-time tracking, enhanced ceramic packaging, and signature confirmation at delivery (for orders over $100). Available at checkout for an additional fee.
     

    3. Shipping Costs & Fees

     
    • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight/size, and product type (fragile ceramic/non-ceramic).
    • Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary Standard Shipping is offered for all orders with a subtotal of $150 or more (USD)—applied automatically at checkout (valid for all U.S. domestic locations).
    • No Hidden Fees: All custom packaging costs for fragile ceramic pieces are included in the shipping rate—we do not charge additional fragile handling fees.
    • Alaska/Hawaii Surcharge: A flat $20 fee applies to Standard Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii (to cover carrier surcharges and extra ceramic packaging)—added at checkout for these destinations.
    • All shipping costs/fees are non-refundable, unless the order is canceled by us (e.g., product unavailability) or the item is damaged/incorrect due to our error.
     

    4. Shipping Address Accuracy

     
    You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address (including street number, apartment/suite number, ZIP code, and valid phone number). We are not liable for:
     
    • Delays, lost shipments, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete address information.
    • Carrier fees for address correction, redelivery, or rerouting.
    • Lost/stolen packages due to “leave at door” instructions for high-value/ceramic orders.
     
    To correct an address, email us at service@jennyllc.com immediately after placing your order—we only modify addresses for unprocessed/unshipped orders.
     

    5. Tracking Information

     
    • A shipping confirmation email (with a unique tracking number and carrier link) is sent to your email address as soon as your order ships.
    • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s website (due to processing/scanning delays).
    • Ceramic orders include a note with care instructions and packaging details in the shipping confirmation email.
     

    6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

     
    • Damaged Ceramic/Tableware: Notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, original packaging, and shipping label. We will offer a full refund or free replacement (no return required) and handle all carrier claims.
    • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: We are not liable for stolen shipments. File a theft report with your local police department and contact the carrier for an investigation—we will provide full claim support.
    • In Transit for Excessive Time: If your order is in transit for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us to assist with a lost shipment claim with the carrier.
     

    7. Order Cancellations & Changes

     
    • We accept cancellations/changes (e.g., address correction, product removal) only for unprocessed/unshipped orders. Email us at service@jennyllc.com with the subject line: Cancellation/Change Request – [Your Order Number].
    • Once custom packaging for ceramic pieces has begun, the order cannot be canceled (to avoid packaging material waste).
    • Canceled unprocessed orders receive a full refund (product + tax + shipping) within 3–5 business days.
