Return Refund Policy

  • This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Jenny Vivas LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) via https://jennyllc.com/. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, which are tailored to protect our fragile art ceramic and tableware pieces during return transit.
     

    1. Return Eligibility

     
    To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
     
    • Return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery (per carrier delivery confirmation).
    • Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging (no scratches, chips, or signs of use—critical for ceramic pieces).
    • A valid order number and proof of delivery are provided.
     

    2. Non-Returnable Items

     
    The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances:
     
    • Damaged ceramic/tableware pieces (intentional or accidental) or items not returned in original packaging.
    • Used, washed, or altered homeware (e.g., melamine bowls, resin platters).
    • Items returned after the 14-day delivery window (no exceptions).
    • Final sale/clearance items (marked as “Final Sale” on the Site).
     

    3. Return Process (MANDATORY)

     
    No returns are accepted without prior written authorization from our customer service team. To initiate a return:
     
    1. Email us at service@jennyllc.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]. Include your full name, order details, reason for return, and high-resolution photos of the item and original packaging (inside and out).
    2. We will review your request within 24 business hours and provide a unique return authorization (RA) number and official return shipping instructions.
    3. Package the item per our instructions (ceramic pieces require original packaging to prevent breakage) and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
    4. Ship the return via a trackable, insured carrieryou are solely responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
     

    4. Refund Processing

     
    • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Refunds cover only the product purchase price and applicable sales tax. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • For orders that qualified for free shipping, a flat $15 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover our actual shipping costs.
    • Refund posting times vary by payment provider (3–10 business days for credit/debit cards; instant for PayPal).
    • No cash refunds are offered—all refunds are issued to the original payment method (compliant with Pennsylvania law).
     

    5. Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items (Our Error)

     
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (our direct error):
     
    1. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery via email at service@jennyllc.com with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
    2. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement (if available) at no cost to you—no return shipping is required for damaged ceramic/tableware pieces.
    3. Refunds or replacements are processed within 24 business hours of receiving your claim.
     

    6. Exchanges

     
    We do not offer direct product exchanges (to protect fragile ceramic pieces from additional shipping damage). To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original product (per Section 3) and place a new order for the desired item once your refund is processed.
